Centrally / eccentrically located lesion or cyst
Radiolucent / radiodense
Ground-glass appearance
Any septation - less / many septations
Any fallen leaf/ fragment sign
Well-defined sclerotic rim
Medullary calcification / opacities
Narrow zone of transition
Physis / epiphysis / joint preservation
Juxtaarticular involvement
